What if I want additional cleaning done?
Our pledge is to ensure that your every need is met. If you would like to adjust your cleaning plan, we can add, change, or delete items from our standard cleaning lists to better suit your needs.
I have my first clean scheduled, now what?
You don’t have to do a thing. Upon or before your first visit, one of our Complete Clean Technicians will meet with you and work through expectations. Our goal is to provide consistency to ensure quality control. We always want to make sure you are happy with our services and we’re always thrilled to see comments on our feedback card.
What hours are Complete Clean Technicians available?
Generally, our CCTs work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. However, if you require cleaning outside of those hours we would be happy to work with you to find a convenient time.
What if my clean falls on a holiday?
If your clean falls on a holiday, we’ll contact you to reschedule.
Are you insured?
Yes. Our staff are insured, bonded, and covered by Workers’ Compensation Board.
What if something gets broken or damaged?
Although we go to great lengths to treat your home or office as our own, unfortunately, accidents happen. Should anything be damaged or broken, we will have the item repaired or replaced. (And our staff is never deducted for these misfortunes under any circumstances).
Do I have to provide cleaning products?
The simple answer is no, of course not! The whole point of hiring a cleaning company is to relieve you of ALL cleaning stresses – that includes purchasing products. We do our utmost to use cleaners that aren’t harsh, but if you prefer to use your own supplies simply let us know..
So, do I need to sign a contract?
Of course not. That’s just silly. We know we provide the best service this side of Newfoundland, so we don’t worry about that official paper stuff.
What are your cancellation policies?
Obviously life happens and things come up last minute, but we appreciate notice 24-hours before your clean. If you cannot provide us 24 hours notice, there will be a 10% chrage on your next clean.
Who has access to my home?
Only the CCT who is responsible for your home will have access to your keys/codes. On occasion if your regular CCT cannot make a scheduled appointment, you will be notified and another CCT may step in if appropriate.
What happens if I am not happy with my clean?
We endeavor to deliver premier service and value to our clients. We’re confident that our top notch CCTs will clean your home to the highest standard. However, if you aren’t completely satisfied, please let us know within 24 hours of your clean and we’ll either re-clean the area or come up with a solution that meets your satisfaction. (No extra cost to you).
So, how much does this cost?
Unlike other cleaning companies, Complete Clean determines cost based on square footage. Depending on the type of clean you require, the cost is adjusted.
